PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF FUTURE DOCTORS PROFESSIONAL FORMATION

Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the psychological features of the professional formation of future doctors in the conditions of their educational and professional training in a higher medical educational institution.

In the aspect of reflecting the content essence of the professionalization of the subjects of educational and professional training in a higher medical institution of education, professional formation is defined as the process of formation of specific types of subject activity of future doctors based on the structuring and development of a set of their professionally oriented personal characteristics that ensure the realization of cognitive functions, communication and regulation in specific types of educational and professional activity and at the stages of the professional path.

The main personal components of the professional formation of future doctors in the conditions of educational and professional training in a higher medical institution of education are highlighted – personality orientation, professionally important qualities and professional competence.

Their motives, value orientations, professional position and socio-professional status were determined as personal components of the personality orientation of future doctors in the conditions of educational and professional training in a higher medical institution of education. Personal competence, self-competence, special competence, social competence and extreme professional competence are defined as personal components of professional competence of future doctors. As personal components of professionally important qualities of future doctors, their communicative, volitional, moral-ethical and organizational qualities are defined.
