Abstract

In the paper the dynamics of development of content-structural components of professional competence of future managers of the non-productive sector in the conditions of psychological support is represented. The formative stage of the research ensured the development and implementation of a special training program of optimisation of the development of content-structural components of professional competence in the process of future specialists’ training, as well as experimental verification of its effectiveness. The program was developed taking into account the results of empirical research; verification and justification of its effectiveness was conducted using special methods: a) the method of comparing the average values (Compare Means) was used to compare the average indicators of the content structural components of professional competence of the studied experimental and control groups; b) non-parametric method of differences for independent samples of Mann-Whitney (Mann-Whitney Test) was used to determine significant differences in the average indicators of severity of the content-structural components of professional competence of the test subjects; c) non-parametric method of differences for dependent samples of Wilcoxon (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) was used to assess the effectiveness of a special psycho-training program. According to the results of approbation of the author's psycho-training program, the dynamics of development of content-structural components of professional competence of future managers of non-productive sector was substantiated by growth of quantitative indicators of severity in relation to psychological characteristics of the test subjects. The data obtained as a result of the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of formative measures showed that in comparison with traditional technology of psychological work with higher education applicants, the implementation of special author's psycho-training program in the process of professional training of future managers of non-productive sector provided better conditions for the development of content-structural components of their professional competence.
