MATHEMATICAL COMPONENT OF CHOOSING AN ECONOMIC PROFESSION BY MODERN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECT)

Abstract

The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of the problem of preparing modern senior high school students for the choice of a profession. The author highlights the development of professional interests of young people and the formation of a conscious attitude to the choice of future profession. The article emphasizes the importance of young people's awareness of the social role of career choice. The importance of career guidance in the process of personal and professional self-determination of students and awareness of the social role of the problem of choice of profession is justified. The analysis of the main components of interest formation in the choice of profession (motivational, professional, individual-professional) is carried out. The author analyzes modern scientific research on the problem of professional self-determination of senior high school students.

In particular, a number of advantages that make professions in this area attractive and promising have been identified. Also, a number of problematic points that require personal training from the future entrant are outlined. In particular, the role of the mathematical component of professional competence in the field of economics is substantiated. The issue of economic education of students in the process of studying mathematics is studied. The typical individual psychological characteristics of the individual, which is the key to the potential of the economic specialist are clarified.
