INFLUENCE OF THE LEVEL OF CLAIMS ON PURSUIT OF SELF-ACTUALIZATION OF THE STUDENT'S YOUTH

Abstract

The article attempts to theoretical generalization of modern scientific achievements on the actual problem of self-actualization and self-realization of the personality in the youth. The features of the level of aspirations and self-actualization of students-psychologists are analyzed. Scientific research presents the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the impact of the level of aspirations on the desire to self-realization an individual in juvenile age as important factors in personal development, mental health, the ability to achieve success and more fully realize their internal potential.
The present demands the constant work of the younger generation over itself, life and professional self-determination, increasing responsibility for their future, for the possibility to reach success, for the full realization of their internal potential, the formation and development of such individuals who are able to solve problems and overcome difficulties, make choices and manifest themselves independence, responsibility.
In today's living conditions in Ukraine, when a full-fledged personality formation, its self-realization and self-actualization would seem impossible (due to economic, social, political factors), in reality we see controversial facts of exacerbating the aspirations of citizens (and especially student youth) for self-determination, freedom of spirit, tendencies of complete selfless dedication, strengthening of belief in oneself, maximal realization of own possibilities. The need for self-actualization is a natural necessity, which gives the individual life of a person a bright orientation and deep meaning, helps to resist life's disadvantages.
